Job Requirements:              
1. Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Wiring Harness Engineering or a related field such as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. (Female applicants only.)
2. Candidates with relevant work experience in wire harness development, processing, and manufacturing. (Please do not apply if you lack experience in automotive wire harnesses.)
3. Proficient in using office software such as CAD and Office.
4. Familiar with the APQP process and able to independently complete APQP documentation certification.
5. Dedicated and passionate about work, with a strong spirit of teamwork, able to handle pressure, and highly responsible.
                
Job Responsibilities:             
1. Collaborate on sales, develop customers, and follow up with customers.
2. Automotive wiring harness development, preparation of process documents, and product quoting.
3. Guide the production of samples and pilot production.
4. Prepare process documentation, draw diagrams and BOMs, etc.
5. Communicate with the client regarding technical issues.
6. Familiar with the composition of wiring harness materials and knowledgeable about the properties of each material.
7. Able to independently handle communication with both complete vehicle customers and Tier 1 customers.
8. Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
