Product Description

Product introduction 

It is made of and braided with PET monofilament, with excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and flexibility. Halogen-free flame retardant, and the unique braided structure is characterized by stretchable expansion. It is suitable for wrapping wire harnesses and fluid lines. Wrapped objects of large size or irregular ones can easily pass through. The mesh structure enables no liquid being accumulated. Widely used in military industry, fuel vehicles, aviation, new energy vehicles and other areas for protection.

Reagent resistance (transmission fluid, coolant, engine oil, lubricant, diesel oil)

Place the sample in a container with solvent inside and immerse it for 1 hour, and then check the sample for any change by visual inspection.

No deformation, melting or other change on the surface is found in visual inspection.
150℃/168 Hour

After the test, wrap the sample around a tube of 4 times the inner diameter of the product, and there is no brittle crack.
Low temperature flexibility (-50℃/4 Hour )
